The Selection Committee responsible for drawing up the Programme for this 9th Edition of the Fair has featured the following representatives of the institutions involved in its organisation and management:
 
For Fundación Siglo:

  Guy Martíni, Director of Programming

For Caja Duero:

  Emilio de Miguel, University Lecturer and Theatre Expert

For the Local Council of Ciudad Rodrigo:

  Carmen Cambronero, Councillor for Culture
 
For the Cívitas Management and Coordination Team:

  Rosa María García Cano, the Fair’s Coordinator and Artistic Director
  Fernando Javier de Prado Herrera, the Fair’s Producer

In addition, the Committee has included three people of acknowledged prestige and experience in theatre circles:

  Dolores Susana Herreras Pérez, Head of the Theatre Network of Castile and Leon.
  Eduardo López, Programmer for the Theatre in Medina del Campo.
  Américo Rodríguez, Director of the Municipal Chamber Theatre in Guarda. (Portugal)
