For nine years, the Showcase Theatre Fair has turned Ciudad Rodrigo into
a veritable Arts Market, where around thirty professional companies
present their stage performances, and where over a hundred programmers,
distributors and media critics review and appreciate them.
Each year, the Selection Committee is forced to reject numerous artistic
projects, despite their quality. There are also many professionals who,
although they have been unable to attend the Fair, keep a close eye on
events through our website in order to help them organise their
programmes.
Accordingly, and coinciding with this ninth edition, the Fair’s
organisers have decided to open this new virtual area called “Somewhere
to meet”. This involves a place for pooling and sharing information
amongst professionals working within the sphere of the Performing Arts,
as well as serving as common ground for the interests of companies and
programmers alike, and so further our aim as a Fair: “to programme and
be programmed”.
Companies can use this space to present their work, contact details,
projects, videos, etc. throughout the entire year.
Furthermore, it will be available for consultation by programmers,
distributors and the media; thereby constituting another channel where
they can find the shows they want for their programmes.

The maintenance fee for posting the information for a whole year is €30
(VAT included) for each Company..
